These Terms of Use apply to the app The Caribbean Sudoku ("the app"), published by Carib Tech Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The app is free to download. The free version is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob — at most one interstitial ad at the end of a game, and optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch for an extra hint or undo. Ads are never shown in the middle of a puzzle.
The app offers optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are set by Apple per storefront, currency, and applicable tax, and are shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under its own policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. See Apple's refund request process.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what applicable law permits, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others. Online multiplayer and leaderboard features are provided through Apple's Game Center and are subject to Game Center's own rules of conduct.
The app, its design, artwork, and content are owned by Carib Tech Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carib Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
